At RideOnStore.com we want to answer our frequently asked questions here:

  1. We have warehouses located all over the continental USA, most of our ride on’s ship from California but we do ship from other states.
  2.  All our Ride on toys include Free Shipping Anywhere In the Continental USA.
  3. We do not ship internationally at this time.
  4.  The average ship time to you can vary from 1 to 5 business days, depending how far you are from the warehouse the ride on ships from.
  5. All sales are final unless the item is defective only, each manufacturer has a different warranty policy & we will have the warranty policy for that item posted. You cannot return an item just because you changed your mind, you do not like it etc. If you receive .. Again an item can only be returned if it is defective within the warranty.
  6.  All your personal info is kept confidential, we do not sell personal info to third parties!
  7.  All credit card information is encrypted and not kept on our servers, we do not have access to your credit card information.
  8.  If you receive an item that is clearly damaged, the box is dented badly, etc… please refuse it and if you can take a picture of the damaged box and notify us at once and send the picture to us that would be a great help to us and you, so we can put a claim in with the shipping carrier and get you out a new item to you asap!
  9.  Most items we ship are large and must be signed for when they arrive at your home or business. We do not like to just leave packages at the door!
  10.  If we have to refund you for any reason, it usually takes 1 to 7 business days between banks to see the money back in you account. It is done electronically between banks & we have no control over how fast it will take!
